Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Dough:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and the dough forms.
  3. Shape the Cookies:
    Scoop out small amounts of dough and roll into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in granulated sugar to coat. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
